Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Coordinator and Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team! You will answer the phones, direct calls, handle customer questions, and assist with the dispatching and general bookkeeping.  The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, computer skills, and strong organizational skills. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
  • Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
  • Assist office staff in dispatching and general bookkeeping.
  • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
